They are kind, warm and gentle and create a pleasant positive atmosphere of faith, trust and respect in the classroom. Raising the morale and self esteem of the students is an important trait the school looks for in teachers. High level of Emotional Quotient in teachers is an essential prerequisite for appointment. The teachers are absorbed in the institution only after satisfying the above requirements and after going through aptitude tests.
The teachers are well versed with the latest trends in teaching methodology and techniques. They are trained and equipped with the skills required for blending technology and traditional teaching methods seamlessly. It is mandatory for the teachers to undergo refresher courses, teacher enrichment programmes regularly and update themselves on the emerging trends and the best teaching practices and be ahead of times.
Coordinators
Ms. Aditi Sinha - High School Coordinator
An experienced head teacher with over 8 years of experience in providing the vision and leadership required to ensure a high quality of education for pupils. She is an M.Com., B.Ed and working as a High School Coordinator in CAMBRIDGE PUBLIC SCHOOL (ICSE) for 8 years, was a visiting Math faculty in Calcutta International School (IGCSE) for a year. She has assisted with campus preparations and conducted various academic training sessions. She has set appropriate targets for the improvement of school performance. She has done post graduation in management studies.
Ms. Divya A.T - Middle School Coordinator
A versatile individual who is dedicated, resourceful and goal driven professional educator. She has over 8 years of experience as a Middle School Coordinator in Cambridge Public School (ICSE). She has pursued her Masters in Genetics and has done her B.Ed. She has worked as a research associate in the Department of Genetics, Manipal Hospital for 6 years. Her research work focused on studies on brain tumor, parental diagnosis and genetic counseling for the gifted children. She is self directed and has experience in developing curriculum related to life and social skills. She is a member of the R&D; Department and she is also an incharge of the Olympiad Examinations. She thoroughly enjoys working with children and conducts various workshops for students and teachers and encourages creative expression.
Ms. Lakshmi Prakash - Primary Coordinator
She is an experienced teacher working with Cambridge since 2006. She is a conscientious and an enterprising person with Masters in Literature and a B.Ed. She is working as a Primary Coordinator, catering to varying needs of student learning with a constant endeavour to implement new teaching methodologies. She is committed to maintain high standards of education ensuring a safe environment in the class room. She is an active member of the R&D; Department and has experience in conducting various teacher workshops and seminars.
Ms. Tahera Jabeen - Pre Primary Coordinator
A post graduate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Bangalore University and a value add – on with a certificate course in student counseling- Banjara Academy. She has been heading the Pre- Primary at Cambridge Public School for nearly a decade now. She is a charismatic team leader and a motivator having the ability to integrate team efforts to maximize success. Created content and conducted experiential programs for children of (3-6 years) to maximize learning, and has also designed the Pre-primary student hand –book. She is very passionate about the growth, learning and development of small children.
