Assessment Evaluation

  • Assessments will be conducted periodically as per the requirement of the Board. The average of the assessments will be considered for final promotion.
  • Absence from assessments is strictly discouraged and only genuine cases will be considered
  • Promotion to higher classes is decided on the basic of continuous assessment.
  • Cheating, helping another student or any other malpractice in an examination disqualifies the student from appearing for any examinations further.
  • If a holiday is declared on the day of assessment, the same will be conducted the next day after the last day of the Assessment.
  • Progress report will be issued after the Mid-Term / Final Assessments on the PTM day.
  • Absence of students and parents on PTM Day will result in the report being retained till a future date, which will be intimated to parents.

Evaluation: For 1-VI

Evaluation: For VII - X

3 Unit Tests and 2 Examinations
3 Unit Test-25%
I Term – 25%
II Term-50%
80 Marks-Written Examination
20 Marks- Internal Assessment

4 Cycle Tests and 2 Examinations
4 Cycle Test - 25%
I Term - 25%
