The Investiture Ceremony of the school was held on 1^st July 2005. The chairman presided over the function and addressed the student leaders. The newly elected student council was sworn in. The Principal administered the oath of office and the Vice-Principal gave away the sashes. Master Akash Krishnan and Master L. Sandeep were elected the President and Prime Minister respectively

The Independence Day was celebrated in school with a lot of enthusiasm on 15^th August 2005. Brigadier Murthy, the Chief Guest for the day hoisted the tricolor. The school staged a variety of musicals and students' speeches. The day truly reflected the spirit of patriotism.

The Teacher's Day was celebrated on 5th September 2005. The students and teachers exchanged roles. The senior school students were assigned the role of various teachers and they conducted the classes for the day. The teachers took on the role of the students and attended classes. This day saw a reinforcement of the special bond between the teachers and the students of the Cambridge fraternity.

Books are the quietest and the most constant of friends. They are the most accessible and wisest of counselors and the most patient of teachers.Scholastic India (Pvt.) Ltd. organized a book exhibition in the school on 10th September 2005. Wide arrays of books ranging from academics to fiction were on display. The response of the parents and the students was overwhelming.
