Life Skills

Life Skills is a relatively new subject added to the curriculum. It is the ability for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. the objective of this inclusion is to provide and opportunity for the students to question, explore and assess situations, form their own values and make decisions for the present and future.

Based on the ten core life skills, strategies and techniques listed by the UNICEF, UNESCO and WHO given below, it is our endeavor to help our students develop their self esteem by honing their study skills and strengthening their ability to cope with stress, improving their communication skills and in developing assertiveness which is important for leading a successful life.
